Service Use

Trials and Paid Plans
ThunderTV IPTV may offer free or paid trial options so customers can test the service before purchasing a paid plan. Trial access is temporary and should expire or be completed before upgrading to a paid subscription, unless ThunderTV support provides different instructions.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for using the service only on the number of connections allowed by their plan. Sharing account details, abusing trials, or using the service outside the selected plan limits may result in suspension or termination.
VPN, ISP, and Network Conditions
Some access issues may be caused by internet provider restrictions, router settings, firewall rules, device security settings, Wi-Fi issues, or location-based routing. In some cases, a VPN may be recommended or required.
ThunderTV IPTV is not responsible for internet provider blocking, network restrictions, router configuration, device security settings, firewall rules, or a customer’s need to use a VPN.
Billing and Refunds
Because IPTV access is delivered digitally and may be activated immediately, refunds are generally not provided after a paid plan has been issued, activated, or used. Refunds are only reviewed under special circumstances, such as duplicate payments, billing errors, or cases where service access was not delivered and support is unable to resolve the issue.

Setup guides, app instructions, screenshots, download information, and troubleshooting steps are provided for customer convenience. Device menus, app names, store listings, and setup steps may change over time.
Prohibited Use
Customers may not misuse the service, resell access without reseller approval, abuse free or paid trials, share account access beyond the allowed connection limit, attempt to bypass account restrictions, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or service rules.
