Return Policy
ThunderTV IPTV provides trial options so customers can test the service before purchasing a paid plan. Because IPTV service access is delivered digitally and may be activated immediately, refunds are generally not provided after a paid plan has been issued, activated, or used.
Trials Before Paid Plans
Customers are encouraged to use a free or paid trial before upgrading to a full subscription. Trial access is temporary and should expire or be completed before upgrading to a paid plan, unless ThunderTV support provides different instructions.
Refunds and Special Circumstances
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only reviewed under special circumstances. These may include duplicate payments, billing errors, or cases where service access was not delivered and support is unable to resolve the issue.
VPN, ISP, and Network Restrictions
Some service access issues may be caused by internet provider restrictions, network filtering, router settings, device security settings, firewall rules, Wi-Fi problems, or location-based routing. In some cases, a VPN may be recommended or required to access IPTV service properly.
ThunderTV IPTV is not responsible for internet provider blocking, network restrictions, router configuration, device security settings, firewall rules, or a customer’s need to use a VPN. If a VPN or network adjustment is needed for your connection, this does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Setup and Support Requirements
Customers are expected to follow setup and troubleshooting steps provided by ThunderTV support before any refund request is reviewed. Most login, setup, buffering, app, or device issues can be resolved through support.
